This is only a very small fraction of our offerings. We're constantly adding services and supplies to help
meet your audio/digital production needs.
If there is something you're looking for, and you don't see it listed in our store, or our web site, please contact us via email, phone, or fax. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
The price and availability of supplies changes on a daily basis. We try to keep our offerings as up to date as possible. If there is any discrepancy in price, or an item is out of stock, we'll contact you for confirmation
before processing your order.

Payment Information
Formats accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, fax, and mail order purchases, as well as purchase orders from established corporate accounts.
International Orders:(This applies to all orders outside the Continental US)
We only accept payment via wire transfer for all International orders.
Shipping
We ship in-stock orders placed before 2pm EST/EDT the day we receive them. Please note this applies to shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS is operating.

You can also check the box on your order form - "Shipping Charge Notification". Your order will not be processed until you approve the shipping charges, and order total.
Formats Accounts
If your company has an account with Formats, we are happy to ship against a purchase order. If you'd like to set up an account, please call us at (800) 645-8461 for a credit application and terms.
Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Formats Unlimited will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse.
- An RMA number must be obtained no latter than 10 days after the product is received.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
- All products must be returned in original condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories intact.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns with damaged packaging or missing materials plus any cost of replacing the missing items.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to open non-defective media.
- Formats Unlimited will not accept returns which have been physically damaged or mishandled.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid using a carrier which provides tracking and delivery confirmation. Formats Unlimited is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in shipping.
- If the RMA is a result of a shipping error on our part, the return should be shipped using our UPS number.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
